Step into a tiny world of glow, wonder, and imagination with our Fairy Lantern Creative Experience. This enchanting project is especially popular with older kids and pre-teens, while still being magical for makers of any age who enjoy creativity and storytelling.
During this family-friendly creative session, you’ll design a six-sided Fairy Lantern, with a different fairy scene on each panel. As the final touch, you’ll add a delicate string of battery-operated LED fairy lights, transforming your lantern into a softly glowing keepsake that feels straight out of a storybook.
The completed lantern stands about 7.5 inches tall, making it perfect for a bedside table, bookshelf, or cozy reading nook — anywhere a bit of magic belongs.
Our team will guide you step-by-step while still leaving plenty of room for personal creativity. As always, everything is prepared in advance valet-crafting style, so you can relax and enjoy the experience together.
Recommended for ages 10+
Younger makers are welcome with adult assistance.

Due to all of our projects being made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. If you are unable to attend our workshop, kindly provide at least 48 hour notice of cancellation. Your reservation may be transferred to a friend, a family member, or be requested as a Take Home Kit. We will hold your Take Home Kit for up to 30 days. Please note that if you do not show up without notifying us, we will retain your payment and project. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
