11/21 Saturday 11:00am - Japanese Kimekomi Ornamental Craft
Join us for this creative and fun workshop where you'll discover the art of Japanese Kimekomi ornament making!
You'll learn the basics of this beautiful no-sew technique, transforming foam balls into four unique decorative ornaments by tucking colorful fabric pieces into carefully placed grooves. Fun fact! The word Kimekomi comes from Japanese words meaning “to tuck” (kimeru) and “to crowd into” (komu).
Once your ornaments take shape, it's time to add your personal touch! Choose from an assortment of pearl-headed pins, sequins, and ribbons to create something truly one of a kind.
