Join us at Hammer & Stain Paradise Valley for our exciting Sashiko Japanese Embroidery workshop! Sashiko, meaning "little stabs," is a traditional Japanese hand-stitching technique that creates beautiful, intricate patterns.  

In this workshop, you'll learn the basics of Sashiko, creating a unique embroidered piece of fabric art. Perfect for beginners and embroidery enthusiasts alike, this workshop is a relaxing and creative way to explore Japanese culture. All materials are provided—just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!

REGISTRATION FOR THIS WORKSHOP WILL CLOSE ON THURSDAY, APRIL 3RD

    • 3 hour guided workshop
    • This registration will allow for one (1) person to make one project
    • Butterflies & Sashiko panel - Measurement 21″ x 26″
    • Koi, Water & Waves panel - Measurement 17" x 25.5"
    • Fern panel - Measurement 16" x 16"
    • Bamboo panel - Measurement 16" x 16"

     

    When you confirm your order, you can review all your design choices and details to ensure they’re correct. Once submitted, we’ll start customizing your project, so please double-check everything before finalizing.

    Due to the personalized nature of each project, we are unable to offer refunds. If you can’t attend a workshop, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. Please note that if you do not show up without notifying us, we will retain your payment and project.

    Please note that the following terms apply specifically to our workshop reservations.  Once your order has been placed, we begin the process of production immediately.  Due to all of our projects being made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. If you are unable to attend our workshop, kindly provide at least 48 hour notice of cancellation. Your reservation may be transferred to a friend, a family member, or be requested as a Take Home Kit.
